Relator Bill Dahn's Petition of Judicial Malfeasance,Misfeasance,Nonfeasance, will include Judge Fetch,Rosas,Ret. Larry Cohen, others as their interests appear.
THEREFORE: This short note to trigger the start of the State's Budget Concerns, that the Judiciary is overlayered,overlawyered with duplication, secret courts such as the SCAP Panel and must be eliminated.
FURTHER: Public Health,Safety,Welfare mandates Public accountability, as these "Judges" and Independent Contractors re: Senator Dick Cohen are double dipping to break the backs of the taxpayers under the guise of "Committments" without due process, Jurisdiction/Authority.
No Statute of Limitations on Fraud or Murder.
These "Judges" who are an exclusive franchise, which we the people are paying for, will not lose
their official employment, unless we prove beyond a shadow of doubt of their GUILT.
